ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a target-driven and confident communicator who will help onboard users onto our app by calling potential users from company-provided data. The intern will play a key role in educating users about the app, encouraging sign-ups, and ensuring proper follow-ups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls daily using company-provided data
- Explain the app clearly – its purpose, advantages, and usage
- Encourage and assist users with app sign-ups
- Achieve 20–25 app sign-ups per day
- Maintain daily call and sign-up records
- Send follow-up emails to interested users
- Address basic queries and guide users patiently
- Coordinate with the internal team for reporting
TARGETS & INCENTIVES
- Daily Target:
20–25 successful sign-ups
- Target Period: 20 working days per month
- Incentive: 50% additional stipend on achieving targets consistently
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Comfortable speaking to new people over calls
- Personal laptop is mandatory
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic email drafting and follow-up skills
- Disciplined and result-oriented
