Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct onboarding and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance and leave records.
- Assist with payroll coordination.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR .
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
