Job Description:

R2S is a leading wedding and event production company, is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with expertise in Photoshop, Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of skilled experience in video editing and be passionate about creating captivating visual stories that capture the essence of weddings and events.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing raw footage, creating high-quality event recap videos, teasers, promotional content, and assisting with digital media projects to showcase the brand’s creativity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content, including wedding films, event highlights, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand the vision and bring it to life through engaging video content.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro to edit and refine video footage for a professional and polished finish.
- Design creative assets and layouts using Canva for video overlays, thumbnails, and social media posts.
- Incorporate music, voice-overs, graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance the storytelling of each project.
- Ensure all videos are aligned with the brand identity and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing and digital media to continually improve content quality.




- Archive and organize video footage for easy access and future use.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the wedding or event industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong understanding of video production, post-production processes, and color grading.
- Experience in adding motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and their video requirements is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Experience in wedding or event video production is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous wedding or event-related video editing work.
- Knowledge of filming with an Iphone is an added advantage.
