Job Description:

· She/He is responsible for developing strategic and cost effective campaigns that will reach the greatest number of people in their intended target

For example: workshop camps, patient education program, life style management program, conferences, Peripheral OPDs etc

· She/He can manage and execute effective marketing strategies

· She/He is responsible to plan various activities as per the phase wise marketing Strategic plan

· She/He can design and create leaflets, newsletters, brochures, video clips, articulate advertisement etc

· To formulate brand plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance to policy for hospital brand

· To take care of all publishing material which require skill in proof reading

· Should capable of combine creative thinking with factual analysis to develop appropriate strategies to ensure that campaigns reach their target audiences as effective as possible

· Should apply knowledge of media communication platforms to identify the most appropriate mediums for building awareness of hospital brand, history and our super specialty

· Recommending the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations

· Manage the flow of hospital media related issues based on changes in direction, goals and budgets

· Be an intuitive problem solver

· Foster a good working relationship across the agency with account and creative teams,



and with client points of contact to facilitate flawless execution of plans

· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review data and campaign performance to deliver learning and recommend optimizing, and the ability to synthesize client-provided campaign material to focus campaign planning and execution

· Provide writing samples that showcase writing skills, strategic mind set and digitally –focused media programs with examples of results/analysis required

· Possess the ability to clearly and persuasively present Media and advertisement plans in written presentation

· She/he must have strong relationship skills when dealing with clients, suppliers and internal teams plus portray a professional image through written and verbal communications, as well as dress and conduct. S/he must be pleasant but skilled and firm when working with suppliers

· This person must have a clear understanding of all forms of media — including broadcast, print, out-of-home, Internet, direct, mobile, social and third-party media tracking software — and must stay current with rapidly proliferating new media options.

She/he must possess superior organization, time management and financial skills with an attention to detail. This person must have the ability to prioritize workflow and be able to accomplish his/her duties under tight deadlines and in stressful situations.
