Job Summary:
The Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of collection executives, ensuring recovery targets are achieved while maintaining quality, compliance, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the collection team.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets are achieved.
- Track team performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalated customer cases professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
- Coordinate with operations and management to improve recovery performance.
- Train and onboard current collection executives.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
