About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Performance Marketing & Marketplace Ads Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, E-com ads). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon Ads, PPC campaigns, and marketplace performance marketing, particularly in the FMCG segment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across marketplaces and digital platforms.

* Manage and scale Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.

* Handle PPC campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversions across e-commerce platforms.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.

* Track campaign performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.

* Manage product visibility, ranking,



and sales growth through strategic ad planning.

* Coordinate with content and catalogue teams to optimize product listings for better ad performance.

* Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce advertising and FMCG digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / E-Commerce Ads / Marketplace Ads.

* Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and e-commerce ad platforms.

* Experience in FMCG or D2C brands is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads is an added advantage.

* Increase in product visibility and keyword ranking.

* Growth in marketplace sales and conversions.

Pay: ₹12,554.64 - ₹50,791.06 per month
