We are looking for a dynamic and communication-oriented Customer Relationship & Lead Conversion Executive to manage customer interactions, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales understanding, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Maintain lead records and update CRM or reporting systems
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client communications
- Ensure timely response and skilled customer support
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and customer engagement targets

Qualification

- Experience in customer relations, telecalling, sales, or lead conversion preferred

Job Type
