Job Description – Team Lead

Job Title: Team Lead ; ATTRACTIVE INSENTIVES EVERY WEEK

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve business objectives.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Conduct team meetings and communicate organizational updates.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Track team productivity and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and achieve goals.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
