Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and support the filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
- Draft and maintain financial statements, footnotes, and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Manage and update reporting documents within Workiva, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and version control.
- Coordinate information gathering and review processes with accounting, finance, legal, and external auditors.
- Perform tie-outs and detailed reviews of financial statements and disclosures to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of reporting controls and documentation.
- Support audit and review processes by providing schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor SEC reporting developments and accounting disclosure requirements.




- Contribute to process improvements and reporting efficiencies as the organization's reporting obligations grow.
- Provide reporting support across additional funds and teams as SEC filing requirements expand.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, public accounting, or a related role.
- Direct hands-on experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
- Strong experience preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures.
- Advanced proficiency with Workiva (required).
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
