Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and organized Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic team. The candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, maintain sterilization protocols, manage patient comfort, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures such as fillings, RCTs, extractions, scaling, and crowns
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatory before and after treatments
- Maintain proper infection control and hygiene standards
- Guide patients before and after treatments
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Ensure stock management of dental materials and instruments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Help in patient communication and follow-ups

Requirements

- Prior experience in a dental clinic is an advantage




- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
- Computer/basic software knowledge preferred

Working Hours

- 6 days a week
- Timing: 9 am to 8 pm

Salary

- Based on experience and skills

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
