We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, and financial management of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will assist in estimation and costing, project coordination, contractor and client billing, and contract administration while ensuring projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Costing

- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost analyses.
- Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Support the preparation and submission of project quotations and tender documents.

Project Management

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Track project progress and prepare periodic status reports.




- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Contractor & Client Billing

- Prepare and verify contractor running bills and final bills.
- Assist in preparing client invoices based on work completed.
- Verify work quantities with site records and measurement sheets.
- Maintain billing records and support payment reconciliation.

Contract Management

- Assist in reviewing and administering project contracts and work orders.
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and variation orders.
- Support the preparation of claims, change orders, and contract-related reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,160.67 per month
