Key Responsibilities1. Estimation & Costing
- Enquiry Analysis: Study Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, including client technical specifications, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;).
- Cost Calculation: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimates covering raw materials (plates, pipes, flanges), machining, fabrication labor, testing, and overheads.
- Value Engineering: Propose cost-optimized alternatives regarding material selection (MOC) and fabrication methodologies without compromising structural or process integrity.
