The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job ads and screening candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Issue offers letters and onboarding documents
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit
- Conduct employee induction programs
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
3. Payroll & Attendance
- Monitor attendance and leave records
- Coordinate payroll processing
- Ensure accuracy in salary, deductions, and advantages
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Maintain a healthy work environment
- Support engagement activities and events
5. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Support audits and documentation
6. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal process
- Track employee performance and training needs
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
