Job Title: Finance Manager

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function, covering accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, automation, and MIS. This role works closely with the founders to build scalable finance processes and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, banking, payroll, fixed assets, financial closing)
- Lead finance automation and ERP/payment gateway integrations
- Ensure daily reconciliation of vending sales, bank collections, UPI, and payment gateway settlements
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliance
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports and dashboards
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Oversee inventory accounting and cost control




- Build solid internal controls, SOPs, and ensure audit readiness
- Support founders with financial modeling, fundraising, and strategic decisions

Requirements

- CA (Inter), CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent
- 6–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including 2+ years leading a team
- Strong knowledge of GST, Direct Taxation, Companies Act, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP Business One, or similar ERP/accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred

- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Vending/high-volume transaction businesses
- Experience with payment gateway reconciliations
- Knowledge of Power BI or Google Looker Studio
- Startup or high-growth company background

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
