Hiring: HR Recruiter

Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)

CTC: As per experience and Industry

Seeking a Senior Recruiter (3–6 years) to drive end-to-end hiring for IT, BPO, eCommerce, customer support, virtual assistant, and back-office roles.

Responsibilities:

- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage bulk and lateral hiring requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to achieve quick closures.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and ATS effectively.
- Negotiate offers and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT/Non-IT, BPO, or eCommerce hiring.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and closure skills.
- Consultancy recruitment experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.47 - ₹35,972.59 per month
