Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects from initial concept through final installation in a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating space planning, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with project requirements and client brand. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams, overseeing documentation and construction drawings, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.



The Senior Interior Designer will also guide junior designers, participate in client meetings, manage design timelines, and support quality control and cost-conscious design decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic layouts.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Building coordination, including understanding of structural, MEP, and code considerations.
- Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and approvals.
- Expertise in FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings.
- Advanced proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar software).
- Proven experience in leading interior projects end-to-end, ideally in commercial or mixed-use environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience: 2 To 4+ years

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
