Basic Qualification (Any one):

B.Tech in any Engineering discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Diploma in any Engineering discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Safety Qualification:
One-Year Diploma in Industrial Safety Management from:
Regional Labour Institute (RLI)
Central Labour Institute (CLI)
State Board of Technical Education (SBTE) approved institution
Significant:
Construction Safety must be a part of the Safety Diploma curriculum.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in construction site safety, hazard identification, safety audits, toolbox talks, permit-to-work systems, incident investigation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities




Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Organize toolbox talks and safety training programs.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
Maintain safety documentation and reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
