Job Description:

- Solid knowledge on Aluminium, Iron casting , Precisionmachined Iron casting Parts, Machined Forged Parts and Bar Stock Machining, its process and conduct the process audit
- Solid knowledge in Supplier audit / Supplier evaluation
- Capable of handling the team size of 15 SQEs across India.
- Own ensure compliance to supplier facing processes (Audits, PPAP, etc.).
- Should have knowledge on handle the project independently.
- Should have hands of experience in Product Measurement with various measuring instruments and gauges
- Metallurgy analytical skill
- Proficient in quality methods used to achieve best in class product and process performance (e.g., statistical problem solving,



Process capability analysis&PPAP;)
- Strong analytical skills
- Project Management experience with a focus on achieving timing requirements.
- Ability to manage conflict across functional and corporate boundaries, effective problem solver. Working knowledge of GD & T inspection methods and equipment.Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) expertise.
- Maintain upgrade product process quality at suppliers including periodic audits evaluations
- Coordinates overall processes in accordance with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and/or customer requirements.
- Development and implementation of quality plans, work instructions and inspection methods as per customer requirements.
- Ensure Product Quality including Supplier response and accountability in consultation with engineering, global quality, and sourcing team as appropriate.
- Handhold supplier in Flawless Execution of Qualification on new Products.
- Action Plan on audit findings and review.
- Develop positive relationships and work closely with Sourcing Leaders, Global quality team and engineering team to execute projects, manage and implement supplier/engineering changes, Recent Product Introductions etc.
- Support timely and comprehensive reporting of assigned Supplier Quality status.
- Participate in planning of supplier quality activities, share knowledge with team, training, etc.
- Willing to travel at least 2 weeks in a month
