Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining a professional and student-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Handle admission enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, websites, and social media platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize admission conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions in the institutional database.
- Coordinate with academic departments during the admission process.




- Assist students in completing admission formalities and document verification.
- Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and other referral sources.
- Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive admission experience for students and parents.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid counselling and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with professional etiquette.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
