- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in plant operations, solar, or construction sites.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality control procedures.
- Ability to handle teams and work under pressure.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors for smooth workflow.
- Maintain attendance, work logs, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out on time.
- Inspect equipment and report faults or maintenance needs.
- Ensure materials and tools are used efficiently and kept in good condition.
- Support in training and developing workers for better performance.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist management in planning and implementing operational improvements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
