Tactixis looking for a meticulous and driven Operations Associate to join our team in Bangalore. This role is central to our growth in the government sector, requiring a specialist who can navigate the complexities of the GeM portal and government tendering processes with precision and sincerity.

The role requires hands-on experience with the GeM portal and Government tender processes, ensuring accurate submissions and compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- GeM Portal Management: Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM portal including product listings, category management, and profile updates.
- Tender Management: Identify, track, and submit government tenders, RFQs, and RFPs within stipulated timelines.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain all technical and financial documentation ensuring 100% compliance and strict adherence to tender requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with government departments, tender authorities, and internal teams to address queries and clarifications.
- Reporting: Maintain and present reports on tender pipeline, submissions, win/loss analysis and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

- Experience:



Minimum 3 years of experience in GeM portal operations and government tendering.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduation (MBA/M.Com or equivalent) preferred.
- Skills

1. Strong attention to detail

2. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

3.Ability to manage strict deadlines and multiple tenders simultaneously

- Work Ethic: Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Note: Flexibility to work on weekends is required during critical project deadlines or tender submission windows.
