- Production & Inventory Data Entry: Record daily production output, raw material consumption, and stock movements in the system (ERP/Excel).
- Logistics & Documentation: Generate GST invoices, delivery challans, and E-way bills for outgoing shipments.
- Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports regarding production status, waste, and inventory levels.
- Administrative Support: Maintain digital files of factory documents, generate worker ID cards, and handle official correspondence/emails.
- System Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting for office hardware (printers, scanners, computers) and ensure data backups are performed regularly.
Required Qualifications & Education
- Education: 12th Pass or ITI (COPA - Computer Operator and Programming Assistant).
- Experience:
Fresher OR 0 - 1 years of experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel: Proficient in formulas (VLOOKUP, IF conditions, Pivot Tables).
- Typing: Minimum 35–40 WPM with high accuracy in English and local language (Gujarati/Hindi).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, ability to work in rotational shifts, and solid organizational skills to meet production deadlines.
