Position: Loan Sales Backend Executive (Calling)

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
- Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with sales executives and NBFC partners for timely processing of loan applications.
- Collect and verify customer documents before submission.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Track loan application status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure all customer information and documentation comply with company and NBFC guidelines.
- Meet daily calling targets, follow-up targets, and productivity standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to leads and loan applications.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Loan Sales, NBFC,



Banking, Telecalling, or Backend Operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English preferred.
- Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of personal loans, or other financial products is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with customers.

Reporting To

Sales Manager / Operations Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
