We're Hiring | Executive / Senior Executive – Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

What You'll Do

Employee Engagement

- Plan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar.
- Organize employee events, festivals, town halls, wellness initiatives, learning sessions, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate with HRBP's, Admin, Marketing, Business Teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Track participation and gather employee feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives.

Employer Branding

- Partner with the Marketing team to support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.




- Identify and coordinate employee success stories, leadership messages, culture highlights, and workplace initiatives for external branding.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to enhance Tanla's employer brand and candidate experience.
- Support content creation by providing ideas, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution.

Employee Experience

- Support engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Drive employee feedback initiatives and pulse surveys.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, HR Operations, Internal Communications, or a related HR role.
- Strong event planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
