Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing and Assigning schedules for the technician visits at customer premises
- Supporting and Managing the on-field customer issues
- Updating details on the raptor viz, IMEI and SIM number
- Sending acknowledgement emails to customers regarding on-field implementations that are completed
- Hardware integration and testing
- Relationship with the clients,



while doing the implements and after the Go Live. Must ensure that it becomes a reference-able client for us after the Go-Live
- Basic knowledge of our Hardware and peripherals, their technical specifications and how they work
- Understanding of the technology behind the hardware is a good-to-have knowledge point
- Doing a detailed data gathering with the client while analyzing their existing process and where Safetrax is having gaps which need to be filled
- Communicating the gathered requirements to the Customer Success team with proper detailing and ensuring that they understand the exact pain points we are trying to address
- Implementation of new equipment and qualifying them (GPS, Live Camera, Routers & RFID readers)
- Troubleshooting Field hardware problems and solving them
- Monitoring the GPS devices using the UI and Database
- Installation, Integration & testing of the Software with the physical system
- Preparing consolidated KT documents, which will be helpful for reference
