Role & Responsibilities

1. Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys products, industry landscape, and customer segments

2. Generate and qualify leads from verified databases.

3. Engage with prospective customers to understand their business challenges

4. Recommend appropriate solutions from the companys product portfolio

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Young graduates (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience)

· Strong communication and persuasive skills

· Confident in interacting with customers over phone

· Basic knowledge of accounting or billing software (Tally knowledge is a plus)

· Looking for a structured, knowledge-driven role with long-term growth opportunities

· Valuable communication skills in English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
