We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Answer customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer objections and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.





Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
