Job Description

Job Title: Automation Test Engineer / Lead

Domain: Insurance (Property & Casualty Preferred)

Job Description:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks using JavaScript-based technologies
- Perform automation and manual testing for web applications and insurance platforms
- Leverage AI-assisted testing tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and OpenAI to improve testing efficiency
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression suites
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the SDLC
- Contribute to test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in JavaScript-based test automation
- Hands-on expertise in automation framework design and maintenance




- Experience with manual and automation testing
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI, etc.)
- Good understanding of Agile testing methodologies and SDLC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the Insurance domain, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C;)
- Ability to work independently and lead testing activities
