Job Title: Business Development Executive (Target-Based).

We specialize in creating high-quality 3D animation videos, interactive applications, VR/AR/XR experiences, and focused storytelling films designed specifically for complex industrial sectors, corporate communication, and high-stakes training.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be connecting with potential clients, pitching our services, and successfully scheduling both virtual and physical meetings. This is a target-driven role ideal for a motivated closer who thrives on performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Actively call potential clients and leads to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and arrange high-value business meetings (both Virtual and Physical) with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management:



Maintain a clean record of leads, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly meeting and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing power with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay self-motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development is a plus.

Yearly Bonus: Performance-linked annual bonus upon successful completion of yearly targets.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹252,000.00 per year
