About the Role

Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and student-focused Student Counselors to guide prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right programs and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding career opportunities, internships, training programs, and academic services.

Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and inquiries.

Maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Conduct counseling sessions, presentations, and awareness programs.

Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counseling, convincing,



and relationship management abilities.

Good presentation and public speaking skills.

Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.

Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Eligibility

Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Sc, B.Tech) or MBA.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in counseling, admissions, education, customer support, sales, or client relations is an added advantage.
