Bioport Solutions Private Limited is seeking a sincere, hardworking, and responsible Office Assistant & Delivery Executive to support daily office operations, product deliveries, packaging, documentation, and field-related tasks.

The candidate should be punctual, organized, and capable of handling both office and outdoor responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver laboratory products, documents, and parcels to customers, vendors, and courier offices
- Assist in office administration and day-to-day operations
- Packing and labeling of chemicals, laboratory products, and consumables
- Handle courier bookings and shipment coordination
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Support inventory handling and stock movement
- Visit banks, government offices, transport offices, or vendors when required
- Assist staff with photocopying, printing, filing, and documentation
- Receive and organize incoming materials and packages




- Support warehouse and dispatch activities

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: BSc/BTech/BCA/BCom/BA
- Valid driving license preferred
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and WhatsApp
- Honest, disciplined, and physically fit
- Ability to travel locally for deliveries and office work
- Prior delivery or office assistant experience preferred

Preferred Skills

- Good communication skills
- Time management
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with local routes and courier services
