Job Purpose

To manage showroom operations for ShapeStudio and LocknKey, driving sales of laminates, veneers, decorative surfaces, hardware, glass profiles, modular kitchens, and appliances, while leading the showroom team and ensuring a strong customer and trade-partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the ShapeStudio and LocknKey showrooms, ensuring smooth customer and trade walk-ins.

- Drive showroom sales targets for laminates, veneers, decorative sheets, hardware, glass profiles, modular kitchens, and appliances.

- Lead, train, and supervise the Assistant Studio Manager and showroom sales staff.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, modular kitchen fabricators, and contractors.

- Ensure product displays, sample boards, and showroom presentation reflect current catalogues and brand standards.

- Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment with vendors/warehouse, and minimise stock-outs.





- Handle key client and B2B trade negotiations, quotations, and order closures.

- Track and report sales performance, conversion ratios, and market feedback to management.

- Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and timely resolution of after-sales/service issues.

- Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to company SOPs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in building materials, interiors, or hardware trade preferred.

- 4–7 years of experience in showroom/retail management, with at least 2 years in a team-leading role.

- Prior exposure to laminates, veneers, modular kitchen, hardware, or building material categories preferred.

- Comfortable engaging with both retail customers and trade professionals (architects, fabricators, contractors).

Skills & Competencies

- Solid leadership and team management ability.

- Solid product knowledge of surfaces, hardware, and modular kitchen categories (or ability to learn quickly).

- Good negotiation and consultative selling skills with trade partners.

- Inventory and vendor coordination skills.

- Well-organised, presentable, and proactive.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
