Position: Social Media Manager

Experience: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and community management.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media creatives.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags,



and competitor activities.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to branding and current trends.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
