We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our agile team. This role requires a blend of design expertise in creating intuitive user interfaces and crafting compelling video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, video editing techniques, and digital media trends.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research and analyse user needs and behaviours.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualise design concepts.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs based on user-centred design principles.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve the design.
- Plan and conduct user research studies, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyse and interpret user data and behaviour to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
- Work with raw footage to create engaging video content, including trimming, transitions, color correction, and effects.
- Utilize motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align video content with brand messaging.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and company websites.




- Stay updated with the latest video editing software and techniques to improve content production.
- Manage and organize video assets efficiently.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in conducting user research methods.
- Skill in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InVision to visualize and iterate design concepts.
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, as well as experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to analyze and interpret user data, identify patterns, and make data-driven design decisions.
- Proficiency in writing concise, clear, and user-friendly content within the interface, considering tone of voice, microcopy, and overall user experience.
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques in video content creation.
