Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and professional Sound Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, setting up, and maintaining a wide range of professional audio equipment. The candidate must be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality sound for live events, studio recordings, or other audio production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and manage all professional sound equipment for events, performances, recordings, and productions.
- Configure and operate audio mixers, amplifiers, microphones, speakers, wireless systems, digital consoles, and signal processors.
- Conduct sound checks and optimize audio quality before and during events.
- Monitor and adjust sound levels to ensure the best possible audio experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper handling and storage of all sound equipment.
- Coordinate with event organizers, performers, DJs, and technical teams to meet audio requirements.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in accordance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Sound Engineer or Audio Technician.




- Robust knowledge of professional audio systems, signal flow, and sound reinforcement.
- Hands-on experience with analog and digital mixing consoles.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot a variety of professional sound equipment.
- Familiarity with wireless microphone systems, in-ear monitoring systems, and PA systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks during live events.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in live events, concerts, corporate events, weddings, or studio environments.
- Basic knowledge of lighting and audiovisual systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
