About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Management Intern to support our business development and operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client outreach, lead generation, business operations, and market research while working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in business development and client acquisition activities.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Support the sales team in follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and market research findings.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in operational planning and process improvements.
- Perform other business and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and email.
- Basic understanding of business development and sales concepts.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
