Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

We are a growing Accounting, Tax and Corporate Secretarial firm looking for a motivated Senior Accounts Executive to support our accounting and compliance operations. This role is ideal for candidates with accounting experience who wish to gain exposure to international accounting, taxation and corporate compliance matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance Support

- Maintain bookkeeping and accounting records
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Assist in monthly and year-end account closing
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in GST, tax schedules and financial reporting
- Prepare management reports and financial statements

Compliance & Administrative Support

- Support preparation of statutory and compliance documents
- Maintain client records and compliance trackers
- Assist in documentation, filing and follow-up matters
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members

General Support

- Work closely with senior team members
- Support accounting and compliance workflows




- Handle administrative duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Odoo or similar accounting software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
- Positive communication and organisational skills

Location Requirement

Preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Chidambaram. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate and work from our Chidambaram office are also encouraged to apply.
