Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.).

- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend the right loan solution.

- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

- Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion.

- Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for smooth customer onboarding.

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (knowledge of local language is a plus).

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:

- 6 months to 2+ years of tele calling/telemarketing experience in the loan or financial services sector.

- Proven track record of meeting sales/lead generation targets.





- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.

- Knowledge of loan products and documentation process preferred.

Key Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

- Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle objections professionally.

- Target-driven and self-motivated.

- Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge.
