We are hiring an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager — someone bold, creative, aggressive, and obsessed with results. Not someone who “runs campaigns”… But someone who dominates markets, breaks benchmarks, and builds digital momentum that competitors can’t match.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute & scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn.
- Drive aggressive ROI, lower CAC, and multiply conversions.
- Build end-to-end funnels for product launches, SaaS tools, mobile apps & global ERP products.

Brand & Market Impact

- Create explosive campaigns that build buzz, virality, and strong brand recall.
- Position our products (FinTech, AI tools, ERP solutions) as category leaders.
- Lead storytelling for global markets - USA, Europe, India

Strategic Leadership

- Own digital strategy, budgets, performance numbers & team growth.
- Lead content, performance, design & social media teams end-to-end.
- Prepare and present marketing strategies directly to leadership

Creative Direction





- Conceptualize bold creative ideas for reels, YouTube, short videos & brand storytelling.
- Oversee quality of content, visuals, landing pages, creatives & digital assets.

Data-Driven Execution

- Track KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel drop-offs, CTR, CPA, retention metrics.
- Build dashboards to monitor daily performance & attribution.

Who We Are Looking For:

A highly driven marketing leader who has:

- 10+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proven track record of running high-ROI campaigns
- Experience scaling mobile apps, SaaS, or tech products
- Ability to create high-impact market penetration strategies
- Solid leadership to manage in-house & external teams
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Funnels, Automation & Analytics
- Bold creative thinking + execution confidence
- Passion to break patterns and outperform industry benchmarks
