Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatileI ELTS/Spoken English and PTE Trainer to help students improve their communication skills and ace their respective exams. The trainer will focus on pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and everyday conversation, while building students’ confidence to speak English in academic, professional, and social situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct IELTS & PTE training sessions (both Academic & General)
- Prepare students for all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking
- Develop study material and practice tests
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Guide students to achieve target scores
- Maintain batch records and progress reports
- Conduct spoken English training sessions for students of different proficiency levels
- Teach pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and sentence formation for daily communication
- Help students improve fluency,



confidence, and listening skills through interactive activities
- Correct errors and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Design lesson plans and speaking exercises based on student needs
- Track student progress and encourage continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer
- Excellent command of English (Spoken & Written & Grammar)
- Exceptional teaching and communication skills
- Familiarity with latest exam patterns
- Patient, professional, and result-oriented
- Solid spoken English skills with explicit pronunciation
- Previous experience as a Spoken English or English language trainer (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner

Education:

- Graduation/ Post Graduation.
- IELTS/PTE minimum 7.5 bands (each) or Equivalent
- Must comply to One year lock in period
