Job Description:
Signature Interiors and Contractors is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Supervisors for our high-volume painting and civil works projects. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations on-site.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Ensure quality standards are met for all painting and civil work activities.
- Check quality of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Coordinate material delivery and usage, ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and attendance records
- Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule
- Follow up on material delivery and inventory control




- Assist in measurement and billing of works

Requirements:

- Freshers preferred,
- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision (building projects preferred)
