Job Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all in office construction activities
- Ensure project execution aligns with architectural drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
- Manage site workforce, including labor and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges promptly
- Track material usage and coordinate procurement when required
- Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, site logs, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in construction/site management (architecture/interiors preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
- Positive leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
