Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and service-related queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate with the Service and Technical Teams for complaint resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and pending issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.




- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and resolutions.

Requirements & Skills

- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls and complaints professionally.
- Hindi, Gujarati, and English communication skills will be an advantage.
