Job Description

SCISM Group of Schools is looking for a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join our academic team.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to explain Chemistry concepts clearly and engagingly. The teacher will be responsible for delivering quality instruction, supporting students academically, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry according to the prescribed school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Explain theoretical concepts and practical applications effectively.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory activities where required.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
- Prepare students for school examinations and other academic assessments.
- Maintain student records and coordinate with parents and school management when required.




- Participate in staff meetings, school programmes, examinations, and academic activities.

Qualification & Skills

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant discipline. B.Ed. is preferred.

Candidates should possess robust Chemistry knowledge, good English communication skills, teaching ability, classroom management skills, patience, professionalism, and a genuine interest in student development.

Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may apply. Experienced school teachers are also encouraged to apply.
