We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee data.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.




- Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities.
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidential records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
