STC Technologies is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Testing Faculty to train and mentor students in software testing concepts. Freshers with strong theoretical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions on Software Testing concepts Explain topics such as SDLC, STLC, Test Cases, Bug Life Cycle, Agile methodology Assist students in understanding real-time testing scenarios Conduct mock interviews, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions Support students in resume preparation and interview readiness Prepare training materials and assignments Required Skills: Robust knowledge of Manual Testing concepts Basic understanding of Automation Testing Good communication and presentation skills Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners Passion for teaching and mentoring Technical Requirements (Automation & Tools): Mandatory knowledge in automation tools: Selenium (WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber) Postman (API Testing) JMeter (Performance Testing) Basic knowledge in: Katalon Studio Appium Vega Jira Knowledge in AI-integrated testing is a plus
