Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Education Counsellor cum Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for students and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide prospective students about our courses while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEducation Counselling

- Counsel prospective students regarding our courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, and social media leads.
- Conduct follow-up calls to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and update the CRM/database.
- Assist students throughout the admission process and documentation.

Reception & Front Desk

- Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front office environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments.
- Coordinate class schedules and student enquiries.
- Maintain attendance records and visitor registers.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and office coordination.

Administrative Support

- Generate admission reports and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and management.




- Support seminar, workshop, and webinar registrations.
- Maintain office files, student records, and fee-related documentation.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and email.
- Presentable personality with a qualified attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, customer service, or front desk operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, colleges, or training institutes.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing or IT courses will be an added advantage.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
