We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, explaining products or services, handling objections, and converting leads into customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
