Role Overview
We are looking for result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen brand visibility. This is a hands-on role combining field sales, distributor management, and marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identifying for Appointment of distribution networks and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in the territory assigned
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Expand market reach by onboarding new retail outlets
- Conduct regular market visits and relationship management
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and stock rotation
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and schemes with partners
2. Marketing & Brand Activation
- Execute on-ground marketing activities (exhibitions, stalls, promotions)
- Coordinate in-store branding and visual merchandising
- Support and execute marketing campaigns and offers
- Work with the team on social media and local promotions
- Gather customer insights and competitor analysis

Operations & Reporting
- Track orders, collections, and outstanding payments
- Maintain sales reports and performance data
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply and logistics
Eligibility & Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in FMCG / retail / field sales (fragrance or lifestyle products preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
- Knowledge of distributor and retail networks in Mumbai is a plus
- Basic understanding of marketing and promotions
