We are a leading Australian car rental company, providing reliable and affordable rental solutions across major cities. We are looking an experienced and highly professional Customer Sales Representative with excellent English communication skills and a solid background in BPO voice processes. This role involves handling customer bookings, inquiries, ensuring smooth fleets delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle calls to assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Manage complex or escalated customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all customer interactions in company systems.
- Oversee and process invoices and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless fleets delivery and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on company policies, rental products, and services to provide accurate information.




- Act as a point of support for junior team members, offering guidance and sharing best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of BPO voice process experience (Mandatory) (Freshers are not allowed)
- Proven expertise in customer support, query management, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Mandatory) (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.

Pay Range: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
